FIRST ANNUAL MHO TEXAS BARBECUE & SOCIAL

NOTE: OKAY OKAY - Period clothing is optional, and for a couple of you, shorts is considered to be period clothing - but just for today!

Also, we were unable to obtain the Pavilion at Artillery Ridge due to a prior commitment they have already paid for, so dinner will be by the campfire (as it should be).

Please bring your own lawn chairs if possible! Also - please Bring Your Own Beverage!

With an exclusive tour of the Weikert Farm at 3 pm, the festivities begin, followed by a genuine Texas BBQ, a birthday party, and perhaps the Gettysburg premiere of the latest civil war video starring some of our own members...

We meet at 3 pm at the Jacob Weikert Farm for a tour by MHO members Gerry and Beth Hoffman, who have been gracious to accomodate all of us. From Gettysburg, go south on Taneytown Road, past the Chuck Wagon (entrance to LRT, etc) toward Hwy 15. Look for the big white barn - we will have a MHO Flag at the entrance.
